How do we quote and do the work?
Every job starts with a look at the site. We check the line, the slope, the soil, trees, gates and any easements or ponds nearby. Then you get a written quote that lists the scope, the materials and the total, so you can compare it with any other quote you collect.
Before building, we ask you to confirm your HOA and deed restriction requirements. We can help with the details a committee asks for, but approval is between you and them. On site, utilities are marked first, posts are set with clay soil in mind, and we walk the finished fence with you. Changes to the plan are written down before they happen, not after.
